Blizzard reason for ban?

No I received a ban for violating this reason: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/42673. I tried to make a ticket in order to retrieve the reason behind it, since the article is very blurred about the actual reason.

Now after that they also wrote this and I state "We don't take this decision lightly. Our team issued this closure only after a careful review of relevant evidence. Our support staff will not overturn these closures."

This mean there are data stored now on my account.

Anyone else asked to get these data delivered? If so how did it look, anything they could actually use?

No - but they know that the instance taking a potential case of principle would be with her as action taker. I’m hoping the fear of risking it Will be enough for Them to comply and deliver the information instead of trying to avoid it.

I got my account data from Blizzard. They have name, e-mail, PayPal account (no phone number or address as I never gave them), full chat log from D2R (yes it was a loooong file they sent me lol) and IP addresses for EVERYTIME my account did anything.

Yeah - but any data related so they have reference for reason for Ban has to be There as well. Alternative they dont have evidence as hey State they have.

if they're tracking all the IP's, could we run a VPN when we are using the bot to avoid all our other accounts being banned? i feel like its not out of the realm of possibility that they ban any accounts on an IP basis

I don't think you need a different IP address because there may be other players in the house. doesn't mean that because one account bots others should also bot,

or another example, if someone is a thief, there aren't others in the household

They should not ban by ip but you can use a vpn just to be cautious or request a new dynamic ip from your ISP.

Blizzard HAVE to give the data when requested, it is EU law. Here is an image of the e-mail I received from them with the file. I am reluctant to share the file itself because it is BIG and would require a lot of work for me to redact my personal data when I already summarised in my previous post what it contained.

One thing I will share from the file Blizzard sent me, is this. Here is the data they want to keep in case they want to use it in the future to prevent exploits / cheating. My D2R ban was for MapHack. Interestingly, for much of this file D2R is referred to as 'Fenway' (and for the full D2R chat log which includes EVERY message I ever typed in-game, it is erroneously called Diablo 3).
