Where can I find new changelog

I purchased bot and it seems after update it is obsolete, there is a changelog update post, I re-downloaded bot, not working
Why is there a post new update if it is the same in downloads? So confused

There is nobody managing this rollout so it's a mess. They really need someone in charge of communication and consolidating their product.
