some of our software uses vmprotect by vmpsoft as protection method you can look it up, as their developer would say "trash antivirus show as false positive"
Software that authenticates to a server can appear as a virus since it is connecting to a server and windows doesn't understand why or because the program sends automation commands to another game, and so on the list goes of why things are flagged the way they are.
You can go on vmpsoft.com and ask more about it from their developer, if someone wanted to make a virus undetected they would not be able to just encrypt it anyways to. But avoiding detection of warden is our focus, not your windows anti virus.
We have submitted to virus total to whitelist our software though i do not know how long this process takes.
