Bot sits at D2R login screen *solved*

I didn't make any changes over night, when bot is started it launches d2r and then sits on the "Press any key button" on the d2r screen.
Re-downloaded the bot and set things up again, same issue. No error files are produced, no bad-config messages pop up.
Anti-virus is disabled, bot is not paused. De-bug run does the same thing

I can't post any log files since none are being produced. Windowed mode enabled, classic mode set to 9 on num-pad. When I put my character in game and launch the bot exe, it still doesn't do anything.

1st. Double check your antivirus make sure it didn't quarantine anything.
2nd. Drag/Drop the settings .nip to the d2r folder in saved games to make sure all settings are correct.

Reinstalled D2R, redownloaded the bot, wiped out my d2r saved games and copied the json file into it
Rewatched video setup and followed steps exactly, bot still just sits on the D2R launch screen.

my debug log only points to some errors in the default pickit. When I run debug_run file it sits on the below; (I have pressed del on keyboard and it doesn't pause/unpause the bot)

When I just try to run the Jieguan exe, it sits on the first line of text, of Attempt to start hack, please wait on...

I'm now receiving the below message when I run the debug (I purchased the lifetime license) Who do I need to get into contact with to sort the license out?

that's an easy fix, sometimes they break after working for a few months. not sure why, simply make helpdesk ticket https://revamped.app/shop/helpdesk im guessing you purchased from revamped, i'll make sure it gets fixed for you right now.
