there is a bug with the shaman while fishing in sod if you got any of these buffs enabled

combat rotation is disabled so i would expect he will not try to buff this

but he trys to buff the fishing pole as long as any main or off hand buff is checked

it fished a couple then ignored that one

after reloading and coming back it then did fish it

Oh so if it already fished some of that swarm type we already have the id

Meaning it just didnt find a dry landing spot
