I encountered a bug where the bags were full and the REGEN step was eventually completely ignored, even though there were plenty of drinks in the inventory and the mana % was consistently below the threshold set. It would just go from mob to mob until it eventually died due to lack of mana.

There is some people who buff players to check if they immediately start drinking to see if they are bots

Yeah, the combat started with high HP, but it would go on to the next mob even with lower hp (I don't have eating enabled, just drinking). My character heals at <% HP instead of eating, but since it had no more mana, it couldn't heal either.

Once I sold all the excess stuff in the bags, the behavior of REGEN went back to normal.

The reason the bags became full is because it slowly accumulated an item type that wasn't selected for selling in the settings. I manually sold all the stuff at the vendor, and went back to the grinding spot and it all flowed as usual again.

I don't know if another player buffed me, it's possible. I made the association that it was related to bags being full, but it may be the buff thing.
