hey guys, a problem, found myself a pickit but now my sorc picks up items, goes to deckard cain, but does not want to identify them? what could be the reason?

btw I have not done the deckard cain quest in Hell, he is there but she does not want to identify, is this a problem?

basically there should be super chests in Frigid Highlands, they do not spawn every game, similarly to the ones in ROF
