hmm you said `I'd like to run 3 accounts total, one being infinity and the other 2 just normal`
so you need 2 shortcuts of D2R1.exe and set each Bnet infos
and the other one is Infinity

I had the same error today that Fear did.

and then get the [#] id in the beginning of the specific license, in this case, Bot
then type 'launch d2r id'

THey still are. Meph is under level handler > Act III > Durance of hate 3. ( you must have durance of hate lvl 2 selected and have it go to level 3 in the drop down if you are new to this bot).
