Has anyone tried to use it on Turtle wow? I can't get the bot to hit the right moment to catch the fish (aside from that in all attempts it seems that it can't see the float accurately)

Do you use "Vanilla (splash)" settings? You can tweak color splash value in the Advanced Settings and see whether it helps.

I followed your tips and now he's hitting the float perfectly, but he still misses most of the times he clicks to catch the fish (when he doesn't click before she catches it, he clicks when the duration is over)

Can you please clarify a couple of questions.
How long is the paid version of the bot? Or is it a one time purchase?
I'm also interested in how many devices it will be possible to use the paid version and whether the "afk fishing" function works against the logout window, or only from a simple afk exit (for a long time without movement).

It's life-time, it's not hardware locked, Premium is more of a gratitude for donation rather than paid software in my view. "AFK Fishing" is when the bot focuses and loses the focus of the window only when it needs to catch/cast, but yes, the bot still fishes in this mode so your character won't be logged out.
