Do not picked up white items

i have problem.
I have been using the program for 3 weeks now.
However, I've never seen a log picked up a white item.
I wrote it properly in 'pickit.nip' but I wonder why it doesn't pick up white items.
This is part of my pickit.nip and pickit debug. If you find a problem here please tell me.

Your pickit rule is very strict and basically looking for a perfect roll.
Why did you add a rule for ItemMaxDurabilityPercent for 0 or 15%? Your bot will not pickup anything in between those 2 values.
You could've seen a 15% ED base with high armor, but only 10% max durability increase and your bot would ignore it.

because 'item maximum durability percentage' from 2 to 14 are not expensive and value is low.

Because your rules are strict and perfect rolls like that are not that common. You should not be finding these every day.
I run 2 bots in 12 hour shifts for the last 3 weeks and havent found anything like you wrote in your pickit and mine is not as strict.
You're just not lucky and using too strict of a pickit rule.
