well the above two files are almost open source. i.e. anyone with c# knowledge can see the code for ServiceInstaller.exe. Antiviruses are getting worse each day, because the companies has became lazy and are using machine learning and pattern detection to detect viruses without actually checking any of the files they detect as a virus individually which lead to a lot of false positives. They expect ppl to inform them about false positives.
