i have 3 wow accounts on my main Acc, is it okay to Bot whit acc1 and play whit acc2 ? are they linked if Bot acc will get banned >?

It just depends on your risk tolerance

Have all done , now If i start the downloaded Client.exe it extracrs and i can start the bot.exe. the Bot Starts for 1 sec and after that there is No bot.exe more in the Order.
