hello guys, what mean deleting blacklist guid tables - 600 seconds passed? bot stuck on mail operation, putted 1 item on mail slot and then doing just nothing

There are scenarios where mobs GUID's will be blacklisted, like if they are evading and after those 600 seconds they will be unblacklisted. Also we need video for mailing, but most likely you didnt follow all the necessery steps for mailing.
