but no not reallly unless you create or buy profiles. but its still gunna look like a bot. anyone who knows what to look for is going to be able to tell its a bot.

but most people you will see in the world dont know and dont care. big thing is dont play more than 10-12 hours a day. and try to watch the bot and if someone is near your and keeps targeting you then it might be best to move or take over for a little.

i could be wrong also but i believe grinding works better than the questing. i always had issues with the questing although it did work.
