Question regarding selling ingame items

Just curious if anyone has success selling/trading in-game items. If so what sites do you use? I've listed a few items on a site but doubt I'll get any sales. Seems to be over run with farming companies.

Only use d2jsp. Trading in game is a joke with clowns doing like:

We are starting up some marketplaces where you will be able to have your loot log auto feed into each, let me know what you'd like out of each marketplace.
