only some less meta builds are grindy once you get into late nm/hell

caster builds dont need to grind much to complete hell

melee gets level checked constantly

and some worse melee builds need good enough weapons to progress without pain

the d2 campaign is slower paced than most arpgs when its your first time

if you think it looks fun in gameplay, youll probably like it

slower isn't the worst thing. what i saw reminded me a little of eye of the beholder and even earlier games like that way back when
